Create links to other PullRequests automatically

Is it possible to create links between PRs?
I tried using the notation used by GitHub and GitLab
<namespace>/<repo>#<issueID>, e.g.
scm-manager/scm-review-plugin#71

But with the redmine plugin installed, this results in a clickable link on a redmine issue.
