The SCM-Manager community forum already contains a lot of information about several bugs that may occur. Feel free to use the search function to check out if a similar problem already exists. If it does not exist you can report a new issue and we will support you as soon as possible.

For quick and high quality support we need a few information. It would be very helpful if you could provide the following details:
- bug description (occurred issue)
- expected result / system behavior
- observed result / system behavior
- SCM-Manager version and installed package
- Screenshots of the issue
- if possible a trace created by the SCM-Manager support plugin
