How to report an issue in SCM-Manager Community forum

Dear SCM-Manager Community,

If you have noticed a bug or technical issue you can report it here in the SCM-Manager community forum to reach out for support. The SCM-Manager community forum already contains a lot of information about several bugs that may occur. Feel free to use the search function to check out if a similar problem already exists. If it does not exist you can report a new issue and we will support you as soon as possible.

For quick and high quality support we need a few information. It would be very helpful if you could provide the following details:

  • bug description (occurred issue)
    • expected result / system behavior
    • observed result / system behavior
  • SCM-Manager version and installed package
  • Screenshots of the issue
  • if possible a trace created by the SCM-Manager support plugin
