Not able to connect cloudogu platform

welcome to the SCM-Manager community!
Could you please try the follow:
- install the support plugin for SCM-Manager and
- start a trace via Administration → Support
- try again the connection to myCloudogu
- stop the trace
- download the trace results
- open the results look for the plugin center connection part and post it here
