Currently Facing issue with SCM version 2.38 when it blocks the login, pull and push activity for a while, even if the password is correct still shows error like “Invalid credentials”. In urgent cases we cannot afford this, is there any solution or way to neglect this feature completely.

No we do not use LDAP plugin
I am not aware of this error. Version 2.38 is one and a half years old. Is there anything in particular keeping you from upgrading to v3?
Otherwise, could you go into more detail about your configuration? What rights does the user have? Does the problem only occur in version 2.38? Are any errors displayed in the log?
