Do you have experienced a technical issue or an unexpected behaviour? Perhaps you are not sure if your CES is set up properly, please feel free to create an issue.
To process your issue quickly it would be helpful if you could answer the following questions:
- Try to describe briefly the current situation
- Problem description
- Which Dogu is involved and which version is in use?
- Which browser / OS and versions do you use?
- What behaviour did you expect?
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Supporting screenshots/GIF’s are very helpful
If your issue has to be fixed by us, we will create an Redmine ticket and link it in the issue, next we will close your issue here.
